FILA offers a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that final sale items and select limited-edition collaborations are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all FILA brand tags and labels remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the warehouse inspects the goods.
